You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the NLSC.
Duties
You will be responsible for developing and implementing NLSC’s strategic plan and structure alignment.
You will supervise three or more civilian employees (ranging from GS-11 to GS-13).
You will work with stakeholders throughout the Office of the Judge Advocate General/Naval Legal Service Command enterprise to analyze and discuss manpower projects and requests
You will continuously monitor staff operations to ensure efficient program execution and program management.
You will perform under the broad administrative direction of the NLSC Commander (Rear Admiral) and Deputy Commander (Captain).
You will focus on verifying processes are in place to facilitate compliance with DoD, DON, and OJAG/NLSC regulations and policies.
You will develop and review programs, policies, and procedures, and changes to existing programs, policies, and procedures of NLSC.
You will exercise responsibility for continued operation of administrative functions, while serving as the central point of contact for all programmatic matters in support of NLSC Headquarters, NLSC echelon 3 commands, and programs across the globe.
You will develop and organize briefs for all major business areas to include but not limited to: Security, Facilities, Personnel, Budget, and Information Technology.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:
Planning and managing a comprehensive administrative support program that includes the spectrum of administrative support services, e.g., budget, administration, personnel, space management, purchasing, information technology management, internal controls, mail, records, communication services and supplies in support of organization;
Identifying and providing solutions to financial, personnel, and materials needs and problems;
Working with stakeholders throughout enterprise to analyze and discuss manpower/facilities projects and requests;
Organizing briefs for all major business areas to include but not limited to; Security, Facilities, Personnel, Budget and Information Technology;
Developing, reviewing, or updating programs, policies, and procedures;
Developing and implementing strategic guidance/plans and organizational structure alignment.
