You will serve as a Technician in the SURFACE WEAPONS & CEC Division (E70) in the SENSORS, WEAPONS & LAUNCHERS Department (E00) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
Duties
You will serve as an expert in the planning, monitoring, and administration of all Over The Horizon (0TH) fleet integration and fielding tasking and serve as the primary interface for tasking as assigned by the 0TH Customer Advocate.
You will ensure that all fleet integration and fielding requirements align with production deliveries.
You will coordinate with Ship Platform Managers and availability managers to ensure that complete and proper planning is accomplished for equipment fielding and integration.
You will be responsible for functioning as the Point of Contact for all existing and new Over The Horizon (0TH) system installations providing, technical, and programmatic expertise and leadership to NSWC PHO personnel and contractors.
You will provide senior level systems engineering leadership and expertise; and performing financial management as well as long-range planning.
You will provide full support In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) requirements pertaining to system hardware and software on current and future Over The Horizon (0TH) ships and shore sites.

- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing technical engineering support services to plan or coordinate the maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and evaluation pertaining to Missile Launching Systems to identity, resolve, and maintain the readiness of all existing and new ships.
