Duties

Performs assignments on a patrol basis or at fixed post, with responsibility for enforcing security measures. Patrolling areas may include exchange facilities, retail store, warehouse and/or other buildings under MCCS jurisdiction. Monitors customer pick up at Retail Warehouse(s) to verify purchase, conduct quality control and inspection of receipt to merchandise, maintains records of customer pick up documentation and ensure all documents are correctly completed by associates and customer. Maintains safety standards for team members and customers.

Qualifications

A minimum of one year of experience that demonstrates skill in applying security techniques and methods. Ability to protect property from theft, trespass, damage and destruction, and to patrol assigned areas by foot or vehicle. Knowledge of how to prepare reports of incidents and security conditions. Skill to communicate effectively and apply physical security techniques and methods under various security situations. Valid driver’s license. Safety shoes will be required.
