You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.
Duties
You will plan and implement Naval bulk petroleum and petroleum facility management.
You will conduct continuous monitoring and evaluation of the productivity of the organization.
You will advise subordinates on the performance requirements of their positions and inform them of their progress.
You will provide advice, counsel, or instructions to subordinates on both work and administrative matters.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Program Analyst experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provide expertise and guidance to organizational officials in development of all policies affecting the Defense-Wide Working Capital Fund (DWWCF) Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant (POL) mission specific to the Class IIIB supply chain; 2) Develop long-range plans and coordinate with high-level personnel in other organizations such as Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy , other military services, and Combatant Commanders to establish policies, priorities, and procedures; 3) Manage agency-wide efforts covering DWWCF POL for ashore and afloat Naval assets; and 5) Provide a mastery of DWWCF POL logistics and management principles, practices, and methodologies to accomplish overall DWWCF POL supply chain management in support of the Class IIIB supply chain.
