You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Warehouse Operations East, Material Readiness Department of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Logistics Center, Keyport Division Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA in Carderock, Montgomery, Maryland.
Duties
You will engage a wide range of individuals and audiences, orally and in writing, formally and informally, on matters of a functional, technical, and administrative nature in both structured and unstructured situations.
You will manage tasking and fluent skills in the utilization of scheduling, presentation, and office technology such as Microsoft Office.
You will develop and review standard operating procedure guides and processes for customers and internal staff and executive management review.
You will serve as the technical support for Operating Material and Supply warehouse management processes and operations and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) warehouse management functionality.
You will perform procedural and operational tasking associated with day-to-day warehouse operations.
You will establish warehouse management methods, procedures, and business practices to locate, organize, and move assets.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
For the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing warehouse management operations and performing supply administrative functions to ensure accountability of an organization's assets.
For the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and maintaining warehouse operations to ensure accountability of an organization's assets. Examples of Qualifying Experience may include assisting the Warehouse On-Site Lead with OM&S program management; performing warehouse management/administrative functions; conducting daily warehouse inventory management operations; establishing warehouse management methods, procedures, and business practices to organize and locate assets; assuring and reporting on visibility and accountability of assets and compliance with governing policy; transactions in a logistics information system; shipping freight and small parcel items and executing to day to warehouse operations.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For the GS-11 position: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree;
OR
Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree;
OR
An LL.M. degree in a field directly related to the position being filled;
For the GS-09 position: A Master's or equivalent graduate degree;
OR
Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Master's or equivalent degree;
OR
An LL.B. or J.D., in a field directly related to the position being filled.
