Duties

This series covers positions managing, supervising, leading, and/or performing administrative and management work.

Requirements

  • Incumbent will be required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I USOGE, 6/08).
  • These positions are to be filled under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, Inflation Reduction Act or Scientific, Technical, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) direct hire authority.
  • This position is included in a Bargaining Agreement.

Qualifications

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS GS-13: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Assisting with research and conducting analyses to identify trends and opportunities to implement organizational improvements; AND Assisting with the development of policies and procedures related to organizational or programmatic objectives; AND Supporting coordination and assisting in issue resolution around operations, personnel, and staffing for a federal lending program. NOTE: There is no substitution of education for specialized experience at the GS-13 level. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS GS-14: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Coordinating organizational input for living guidance documents, which are used in the underwriting of loans in support of federal policy; AND Performing research and assisting in identification of opportunities to modernize organizational practices for a federal lending program; AND Leading assessments related to workforce and identifying requirements to meet the needs of program and organization. NOTE: There is no substitution of education for specialized experience at the GS-14 level. "Experience" refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
