You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT) in the INDOPAC REGION, GUAM, HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE of OCHR OVERSEAS PROGRAM CENTER.
Duties
You will provide clerical and technical support in the areas of recruitment and placement and classification.
You will utilize HR applications to collect, input, retrieve, and prepare a wide variety of reports.
You will review requests for personnel actions to ensure all required information is complete.
You will perform recruitment and placement tasks for internal and external recruit actions to fill a variety of standardized or lower graded positions
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing recruitment and placement support functions such as reviewing recruitment requests to determine nature of staffing action and source of candidates, screening applicants on minimum qualifications, and entering personnel action data and maintaining records in an automated recruitment system
