This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC), Mission Support Systems Product Line (MSSPL) located in Topeka, Kansas.
Duties
You will serve as an Supervisory IT Cybersecurity Specialist (PLCYPLN-INFOSEC) and be responsible for managing IT related projects.
Qualifications
To qualify at the GS-13 grade level, applicants must have at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.

Specialized experience must include the following:
Oversee, manage, and report on HR IT sustainment support activities collaborating with technical support partners, such as C5I/CGCYBER, and enterprise customer stakeholders.
Analyze or implement continual process improvement resulting in resource savings through processes or technologies.
Apply standard techniques to support the collection of data for measurement, generating reports, analyzing data, and implementing improvements and efficiencies.
Work with various stakeholders and customers prioritizing incident management and service request response to meet critical objectives.
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
In addition to meeting the specialized experience requirement, you must also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.

NOTE: Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
