As a Construction Control Representative, you will be responsible for the technical, financial, and business management of designated design and construction projects.Location of position: Public Buildings Service, Project Delivery Division, in Region 7.
Location to be determined at selection.We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-12salary range starts at $86,962 per year.If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify at the GS-12: you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level is experience applying engineering methods and techniques and construction practices related to building systems (e.g. heating, ventilation, air conditioning, architectural finishes, electrical systems, fire protection systems, or plumbing systems, etc.); defining requirements with customers; developing construction cost estimates; inspecting construction; administering construction contracts; and reading and interpreting engineering and architectural plans and specifications. Such experience must also include independently managing projects and/or large portions of projects (balance scope/quality, schedule, and budget) requiring the services of multiple disciplines from project initiation phase through project closeout.
