This position is located in the Division of Risk Management Supervision, any Field Office in the Dallas Region of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and is responsible for planning and directing the supervisory efforts at complex financial institutions (FI) and regional service providers (SP).

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. CG-13: To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the 12 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing information technology examinations of insured depository institutions, information systems, and data centers. Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data, system performance and security reports, and information technology related policies and procedures.
CG-14: To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the 13 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience conducting Information Technology (IT) examinations at insured depository institutions and/or data centers with complex or problematic IT operations and experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data, system performance and security reports, and information technology related policies and procedures for new and/or unprecedented situations.
Candidates must be a Commissioned Risk Examiner in the FDIC or another organization with comparable commissioning criteria used by the FDIC's Division of Risk Management Supervision.
