As a supervisor/manager, the selectee for this position will be eligible to receive a Manager Performance Incentive (MPI) provided eligibility requirements noted in agency policy are met. The MPI is an annual lump-sum incentive payment that considers agency performance, the manager's individual performance, and available funding.Incumbent will serve as a Supervisory IT Specialist with the Information and Technology Services, Operations Division, Network Management Branch, AIF-320.
Duties
The Network Services Branch (AIF-320) plays a critical role within the Operations Division of the Infrastructure of Operations (I&O) directorate administering and monitoring the FAA’s Mission Support Network. These systems and services include LANs, WANs and the FAA wireless infrastructure. AIF-320 detects, diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves all network services outages and performance issues as they are identified.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
