You will serve as a Supply Technician in the Supply Office of Headquarters Battalion of HQTSBATTALION.
Duties
You will perform technical research and quarterly validations to include material obligations and backorder validations.
You will schedule and reconcile all customer outstanding requisitions.
You will ensure all supply transactions are recorded and approved before processing.
You will maintain proof of delivery, voucher and document control files.
You will monitor and report on the status and progress of all routine and contract transactions.
You will prioritize work assignments to ensure goals are met.
Requirements
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position is eligible for part time, full time or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Issuing of supplies, logging all daily requisitions and financial data into a controlled data base under the correct line of accounting, and conducting personal effects and wall-to-wall physical inventories.
