Adminsters the business, financial and recreational operation of the ourdoor activities program within established policies and objectives. Supervises personnel assigned to the Outdoor Recreation Program. Assigns, directs and review the work of subordiante employees; plan and carry out the training and development of employees; evaluates employee work performance.

Qualifying Experience: Planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising, or evaluating outdoor recreational program. Developing and executing a program level budget, instructing the principles and techniques of recreational program planning and management. Or, undergraduate or graduate education with a major in study in general recreationof the fields of ourdoor recreation or youth recreation or community recreation. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Education

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
