Receives and confirms room reservations by letter, telephone, email, or personal contact.

Requirements

• This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations. Are you willing and able to work an assigned shift to meet work requirements?
• This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.

Experience must have demonstrated the ability to resolve common arithmetic problems, and to make change when receiving payment from customers. Must have experience or training that demonstrates the ability to perform simple computer data processing. Must be able to read, speak, and write English. Must meet state and legal age requirement for sale of alcoholic beverages.

Education

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
