About the Position: You will serves as a Human Resources Specialist utilizing knowledge of various HR programs, regulations, and policies ensuring actions taken align with the organization's goals and requirements. This position is located in Nashville, TN.

Duties

Advise leadership and staff members on the principles of sound HR management as it relates to workforce restructuring in consonance with controlling laws, directives, regulations, and policies. Collaborate with stakeholders such as EEO to promote Diversity and Inclusion, workload/workforce (WL/WF) analysts, RM manpower teams, public affairs, and corresponding staff at the District and/or Division. Perform formal on-site review of HR operations using staff team members to evaluate program effectiveness, timeliness, and conformance with policies and directives. Assist in the preparation of written report of findings, recommendations for improvements, as well as areas of strength and best practices to staff officials at all levels within the district. Coordinate high-level review sessions and multi-organizational actions. Research situations that involve various questions raised by command management officials and/or staff. Serve as District liaison on awards, drug testing, and Army allocations, such as VSIP, DHA, and ACCMA.
