About the Position: Serves as Security Cooperation (SC) Program Manager within the Program Support Division (PSD), Programs Directorate, Pacific Ocean Division (POD), US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Program management may shift focus to Interagency or Military Programs based on organizational needs.

Duties

Serve as a Security Cooperation (SC) Program Manager within the Program Support Division (PSD), Programs Directorate, Pacific Ocean Division (POD), US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). As Program Manager, you will integrate and synchronize internal as well as external entities as well as foreign partners. You will manage and coordinate a diverse and complex annual SC program consisting of over 60 OAAs in up to 36 countries. As Program Manager, renders advice to higher echelon, focusing on infrastructure; water (nexus with food, environment, and energy) security/Integrated Water Resource Management; Civil Military Operations; HA/DR; homeland security; etc.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires you to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) by 30 October of each year.
  • Incumbent may be required to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Travel may be required approximately 25% of the time.
