These positions are located in Massena, NY. You will serve as both a Trades Helper and a Linehandler relief for our Maintenance and Lock Operations Divisions. This announcement creates a register that will be used to fill permanent, term or temporary vacancies as needed. Duties
Trades Helper work is performed primarily in a compressed 12 hour schedule.

Qualifications
Qualifications for the position are based on the training, experience, or other requirements that determine which applicants would be able to perform satisfactorily in the position to be filled. For the Wage Grade 05, to qualify, your application and resume will be rated on the following job elements:
