Duties
You will serve as the Special Projects Program Integrator (Pl) in support of the PMW 120 Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations program office within Program Executive Office (PEO) C4I.
You will be responsible for the development, integration, and testing of new Information Warfare Systems.
You will be responsible for technical strategy, requirements management, capability integration planning, and overseeing program management of cost, schedule, and performance parameters.
You will work with the PMW 120 Technical Director to provide overarching technical direction regarding requirements, design, verification and validation.
You will oversee all technical aspects of producing and maintaining critical information warfare systems throughout their life cycle.
You will demonstrate advanced program management and technical acumen to understand and implement continuous development, integration, testing of new capability release to meet Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) mandates and operational requirements.
You will be responsible for the coordination and integration efforts in a complex and dynamic environment to effectively represent and engage with Senior Military, Flag and SES levels in other Department of Navy (DoN), DoD and industry partners.
You will effectively lead, integrate and coordinate disparate functional groups and develop a cohesive team capable of successfully handling complex problems encountered, and continually monitor program execution.
You will ensure compliance with Department of Defense and Department of Navy directives, PEO policy and other relevant guidance and coordinate preparation of program acquisition/integration documentation.
You will effectively communicate program information across the PEO and other relevant organizations to facilitate leveraging opportunities.
You will lead coordination across industry and Department of Defense activities, Program Management Offices, to ensure program acquisition strategy meet user capability requirements and are executable with acceptable risk.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing, integrating, and testing of new Information Warfare Systems; and providing overarching technical direction regarding requirements, design, verification, validation, and all other technical aspects of producing and maintaining critical information warfare systems throughout their life cycle.
