Provides expertise in calibrating, troubleshooting, maintaining, installing and repairing complex state-of-the-art digital and analog electronic and industrial equipment typically found in power plants. Performs maintenance, repair, calibration, installation and reading of various meters, controls and control systems, gauges and a wide variety of industrial process instrumentation utilized for the production and control of steam and chilled water in the Capitol Power Plant (CPP) system.

Duties

This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Director Utilities and Power Plant Operations, Assistant Director Engineering Division, Instrumentation and Controls Branch.

Requirements

• You must be able to pass a drug test.
• Possess a valid drivers license

Qualifications

You must meet all eligibility and qualifications requirements by the closing date of the job announcement.    You must meet the screen-out factor required for this position: Ability to supervise employees in the performance of power plant control system work.
