Qualifications

General Experience: Experience or training which demonstrates the following: Maintaining and repairing automotive vehicles. Using test equipment, referencing material and manuals, and maintaining tools and equipment. Knowledge of where and how components, accessories, and parts of systems are installed. Must not be on any job-related restrictions. Specialized Experience: Must have at least 18 months experience or training performing the following: Maintaining procedures without assistance. Identifying the need for repair and adjustment. Demonstrating knowledge and use of a wide variety of test and measuring instruments. Checking the tolerance and fit specifications of repaired components and assemblies.
