You will serve as Compliance Investigator (Course Developer/Instructor) with the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), Office of Hazardous Materials Safety, (OHMS), Field Operations, Certifications and Standards Branch. You will report to and represent the Chief, Certifications and Standards Branch in developing, managing, and providing training courses targeted to Hazardous Materials Professionals.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 13, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-12, it must include:
Experience developing training course materials to improve in the design of curriculum as defined.
Experience developing and/or updating course modules.
Experience updating training course material to maintain current training trends.
Experience creating course material using multimedia materials.
