You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the FLEET MODERNIZATION AND FACILITIES MGMT DIRECTORATE of NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES.

Duties

You will serve as the Lead Coordinator for Deploying Group Systems Integration Testing (DGSIT). You will work on the most complex analytical assignments involved in the DGSIT program milestones. You will support the integration and interoperability testing of C5I/ID systems. You will identify issues with all agencies associated with DGSIT activities. You will develop DGSIT presentations and provide intuitive insight and analysis. You will utilize collaborative tools to maintain data repository to aid C5I system trends.

  • Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.
  • Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying mastery knowledge of all processes associated with DGSIT program and operations required to assist the DGSIT Program Manager to perform as the command's single and formal evaluation source of Navy/Marine C5I/ID system integrations and interoperability in stressed environments. Experience applying knowledge of tactical and operational boundaries and limitations associated with C5I integration testing on an at-sea multi-ship CSG, ESG, ARG/MEU or MEU field environment during rigorous and complex training exercises. Experience providing oversight of team technical, administration and logistic efforts supporting the integration and interoperability testing of Information Warfare systems associated with units and staffs assigned to deploying Carrier Strike Groups (CSG), Expeditionary Strike Groups (ESG), Marine Expeditionary Forces (MEF) Amphibious Ready Groups (ARG) and Marine Expeditionary Units (MEU).
