You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Technology Studies Group, National Security Integration Office.
Duties
You will serve as Director, Technology Studies Group (TSG) within the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy (Intelligence and Security), National Security Integration Office.
You will function as principal advisor to the Senior Director and Deputy Director on all research and development plans for integrating current and emerging DON technologies in support of strategic service demands.
You will be responsible for the coordination, supervision, and staffing of all plans, operations, and activities related to the TSG Directorate.
You will establish short-term priorities and schedules that enable mission success, adjusting as required to changing mission demands.
You will effectively communicate across boundaries, manage multiple tasks, identify problems, and propose alternate solutions.
You will develop ways to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality of work while overseeing the successful achievement of plans of actions and milestones across several asynchronous business lines.
You will work closely with project planners and representatives from supporting and supported organizations to ensure successful mission accomplishment.
You will build and maintain strong collaborative, interdisciplinary relationships across the DoD, DON, and Federal Government to ensure the broadest possible outreach and analytical support options.
You will identify and staff service integration opportunities with appropriate stakeholders for DON technologies and activities
You will synchronize integration projects with supporting intelligence, targeting, and assessment products and efforts across mission-related offices and agencies.
Requirements

- Must currently have and be able to maintain a Top Secret /SCI clearance/access. Failure to maintain the required level of clearance will result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position has been identified as a drug testing designated position and is subject to a random Counter Intelligence (CI) Polygraph.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience developing complex, multi-equity plans within the Intelligence community to manage projects in a classified environment;
Experience with project management with an emphasis on analyzing and improving processes, resolving program issues, and increasing productivity of major national and organizational programs;
Experience exercising interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to provide or exchange information, influence, justify, negotiate and settle matters to implement recommendations with internal and external stakeholders;
