Duties
You will maintain the organizations cybersecurity program that includes cybersecurity architecture, requirements, objectives and policies, personnel, and processes and procedures in collaboration with the Cyber Security Directorate.
You will act as a cybersecurity technical advisor for the organization and to the AO for the systems under their purview.
You will communicate and collaborate with the Command ISSM (CISSM) and Command Security Manager in areas of mutual interest and impact.
You will analyze customer information systems for risk to the organization.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 801 Program Manager, proficiency level Intermediate the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
Qualifications
DS-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05-08) or pay band (DS-02) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: an understanding of Information System security policies and constraints to complete assigned tasks.
DS-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-9/10) or pay band (DS-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: significant working level knowledge in Information System security policies and constraints to include performing Risk Management FT Special Publications.
DS-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11/12) or pay band (DS-04) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: expert level experience in Information System security policies and constraints to include managing and performing all Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and reviewing authorization packages for accuracy in accordance with applicable NIST Special Publications.
In addition to the above experience, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.

Education
In lieu of experience, the following education is qualifying for the DS-03: master's degree or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management
or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
In lieu of experience, the following education is qualifying for the DS-04: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management
or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
All academic degrees and coursework must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions
