You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK.
Duties
You will propose solution strategies to improve process integration.
You will document analysis findings for management review.
You will coordinate with internal and external parties in support of shore infrastructure efforts.
You will accomplish the formulation, justification, preparation, submission, and management of the Region Utility and Fuel budget requirements.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Preparing and giving oral and written presentations to senior leadership in producing completed staff work, presenting facts, recommendations and reports in a clear and concise manner.
2) Provides direct technical and management support to the Region Engineer and CNIC HQ Facilities Management Directorate on all aspects dealing with the Navy's Ashore Facility Management in compliance with and designed to meet public laws, executive orders, and DoD policies and goals.
3) Identifying, assessing, interpreting, and producing data pertaining to the Navy's shore facility management programs.
4) Making recommendations that may significantly change, interpret or develop important program policies or programs.
5) Resolving conflicting guidance, balance competing policies and goals, and formulate direction, policies and guidelines for installation staff.
6) Obtaining contacts to resolve problems and acquire information, plan, justify, defend, negotiate, and/or settle significant matters for facilities and real property requirements.
