About the Position: Serves as Program Manager providing analytical and management support to privatized housing managers. The position is located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. Organization prefers resumes no longer than five pages. A relocation incentive may be authorized IAW agency policy.

Duties

Oversee housing related management decision execution packages (MDEPS) for the privatized housing program. Implement a variety of private sector approaches to manage, construct, and renovate the on-post Housing inventory. Develop detailed privatized housing program project plans, tasks, and schedules. Provide feedback to leadership via meetings, briefings, reports and/or audits.

  • SECRET CLEARANCE - You must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Manages and Organizes InformationProject ManagementTechnical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
