Duties
You will oversee Acquisition planning and execution to plan, for assigned Special Access Program (SAP) Enterprise Information Technology service(s) cost, schedule, and performance.
You will employ Scaled Agile Framework and Adaptive Acquisition Pathways to lead the development and acquisition of cloud-based products and services to modernize current in-service SAP offerings.
You will develop life cycle program plans/ roadmaps; maintaining life cycle cost estimates; leading development of associated cost allocation models; ensuring resource needs are incorporated into budgets and spend plans; etc.
You will design, execution, and improvement of the designated service, and ensures the Service operates within the agreed levels of services to meet expected mission outcomes.
You will perform as the single point of accountability for service performance (ensuring the service performs as intended), regardless of where the underpinning technology components, processes or organizational capabilities reside.
You will be familiar with applying the technology design principles of Cloud, DevSecOps, and Zero Trust.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Top Secret SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- This position is covered under Public Law 114-264, the Program Management Improvement Accountability Act (PMIAA).
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing the end-to-end design, delivery, and management of IT services including but not limited to cost, schedule, and performance of an IT service; Or developing resourcing, technology adoption, and service strategies to meet stakeholder and user needs.
