Duties
Program Manager for enterprise-wide cutting edge disposition initiatives to be formulated, replicated, tested and refined in the Sim Lab.
Serves as expert analyst and advisor to senior agency management on strategic disposition program initiatives, including development and implementation of policies and procedures for these activities
Plans and implements experimental disposition processes in a controlled setting and standardizes guidance for major agency-wide functional programs.
Coordinates and responding to Congressional, U.S. Government Accountability Office, or Inspector General investigations audits and inspections.
Ensures strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated and integrated into strategies, goals, objectives, products, and services.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Business Process Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Developing, initiating, and overseeing implementation of significant corrective actions, new programs, major program enhancements and policy changes for assigned programs and projects.
Advising and making recommendations for top agency management of areas for system or process improvements.
Conducting reviews, analyses, and special studies of customer accounts to evaluate inventory integrity and accuracy.
Providing technical assistance and guidance to Subordinate field organizations regarding proper property accounting and inventory processes and property disposal systems.
Developing, maintaining, and reporting on inventory metrics and measures.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
