You will serve as a TLAM (TOMAHAWK LAND ATTACK MISSILE) DEPARTMENT PROGRAM MANAGER in the (NAVAL AVIATION WARFIGHTING DEVELOPMENT CENTER) NAVAVNWARDEVCEN.
Duties
You will serve as the Program Manager of the Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center.
You will be responsible for the direct training of, and oversight of, all fleet naval aviation training syllabi and various other training curricula.
You will coordinate with the NAWDC Technical Director on development of requirements and acquisition strategy.
You will facilitate advanced TTP development, training and COCOM support with subject matter expertise while providing consultation for all other aspects of the Command’s missions, functions, and tasks.
You will have an established reputation as a nationally/service-recognized expert on TLAM launch platforms, weapons, weapons systems, and tactical employment.
Requirements

- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector supporting the development, testing, and implementation of tactical systems, and providing input to advance a weapons program within a Naval Aviation warfighting program.
