You will serve as a Aircraft Project Planner & Portfolio Manager in the Central Coordination Department, Operations and Planning Division of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will Provide in-depth knowledge and experience in Department of Defense program/project management, business process improvement, and integrated logistical support
You will develop logistics and industrial proposals, plans and capabilities for potential and existing FRC East customers to meet their specific demands
You will Provides leadership, technical, programmatic, financial, and risk management over all assigned aircraft platforms to ensure aircraft maintenance and modifications meet the approved budget, schedule, and performance baseline.
You will Collaborates with team and program personnel to formulate short-term and long-range program plans.
You will Ensure that program milestones established provide adequate time and resources for implementation by contractors, field activities and participating government agencies.
You will analyze data to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Plan, direct, and control the scheduled and unscheduled aircraft tasks/work content performed up to the Depot Level Maintenance (DLM) Specification. 2) Develops logistics and industrial proposals, plans, and capabilities for potential and existing customers to meet demands in aircraft maintenance and modification. 3) Provide leadership, technical, programmatic, financial, and risk management over assigned aircraft platforms. 4) Help to ensure aircraft maintenance and modifications meet the approved budget, schedule, and performance baseline. 5) Solves aircraft production problems by understanding the peculiarities of aircraft DLM production processes.
