You will serve as a Management Analyst of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR JACKSONVILLE.

Duties

You will manage and monitor the travel, payroll, travel card and systems with the command. You will provide customer support and management controls for Civilian Payroll, Time Management, Organization Management, Personnel Administration, ERP User Management, Staffing Management, Government Commercial Purchase and Travel Card, and DTS. You will assist with or manage the training needs for the enterprise personnel. You will oversee, maintain, and contribute to continual improvements for assigned programs and IT systems. You will recommend changes to the Navy processes and systems and assist with the development of formal change requests. You will be responsible for overall program compliance with policy, procedures and controls.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying laws, regulations, and policies of the organization and mission to conduct research and analysis of multipart processes and programs; 2) Utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) functionalities to manage project budgets and manpower; 3) Utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze and evaluate substantive mission programs and briefing agency leaders on findings; 4) Recommending changes to the agency's processes and systems and assist with the development of formal change requests pertaining to Information Technology systems and software functionality. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

or

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
