Duties

You will receive, store, identify, sign in and out various tools, equipment and supplies used by shop personnel in support of production. You will independently set on hand assets within budget constraints. You will anticipate needs and make adjustments to stock to preclude lost production time due to out of stock items. You will perform minor repairs, as well as visual and operating checks, making measurements to such devices as calipers and gauges to determine when tools should be taken out of service or sent for calibration. You will coordinate with the supply department for the replacement of lost, broken or missing tools.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
