This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for serves as the Senior Foreign Military Sales Analyst / Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) writer/LOA data (LOAD) reviewer in preparing documents as well as performing technical review and processing of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Building Partner Capacity (BPC) documents in Case Writing.
Duties
As a FOREIGN MILITARY SALES ANALYST at the GS-0301-13 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Articulates LOA case issues, projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion.
Prepares, coordinates, and performs a technical review of FMS and Building Partner Capacity (BPC) contractual agreements (LOAs, Amendments and Modifications) to ensure conformance to existing policies and procedures.
Supports Foreign Military Sales (FMS) system or United States Government (USG) transfers, and sales or leases of defense article and services to foreign countries and international organizations relating to all DoD and U.S. Military services.
Builds relationships with SC stakeholders across all SC programs and authorities in order to develop, integrate, prioritize, and report requirements to meet the needs of the SC community at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-13 grade level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-1 grade level in the Federal service:
Conducting detailed review of Foreign Military Sales or Building Partner Capacity Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) documents and participating in senior level meetings to provide briefings on Foreign Military Sales or Building Partner Capacity programs.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
