This position is located at the Philadelphia Mint Manufacturing Directorate, Die Manufacturing Division. The incumbent sets up, operates, and maintains a number of automated machine tools to auto-polish dies in the production of proof coins.

Duties

As a/an Die Finishing Specialist, you will: operate and maintain a number of automated machine tools to auto-polish dies in the production of proof coins perform laser frosting operations and coating operations using the Particle Vapor Deposition (PVD) process perform automated and manual die finishing work for the production of proof coins.
