This position is located in Yosemite National Park, in the Division of Business Management.

Duties
Supervises a wide range of functions that serve the overall park operations.
Collaborate with the Health Systems Specialist and the park's Emergency Services Coordinator to ensure the operation of the park's Medical Clinic.
Establish internal controls related to funding and the storage/inventory of medication and monitors.
Provide direction, analysis, and reporting, related to financial management of the clinic's annual operating budget.
Coordinate goods and services the park requires to accomplish its mission and programs
Coordinate effective Human Resources Management, working with the HR Liaison to coordinate the identification and communication of park needs with the Servicing Human Resources Office.
Serve as the deputy to the Chief of Administration.

Credit will be given for all appropriate qualifying experience. To qualify for this position at the GS-13 grade level, you must possess the following minimum qualifications by close of the announcement:
EXPERIENCE: At least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors). This experience includes activities such as: 1. leading, managing or supervising multiple program disciplines such as financial, Human Resources Management and Contracting in support of an organizations mission. 2. developing effective partnerships to facilitate successful program management. You must include hours per week worked.
Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
