About the Position: This position is with the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC), Equipment Concentration Site (ECS) 88 located at Bowling Green, Virginia.

Duties

Brief senior leadership on shop operations, work plans, and mission accomplishment. Advise subordinate elements on policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Represent the organization at conferences and meetings pertaining to the Equipment Concentration Site support operation. Analyze operations to identify areas of improvement. Develop shop policies and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency. Review organizational structure to develop long-range plans and implement changes. Identify training needs of employees to meet mandatory training and mission requirements. Assign work to subordinates based on their capabilities. Resolve management-employee related concerns.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
