Primary purpose of the position is to perform building and/or utility maintenance and operation duties. Incumbent utilizes journeyman to master level knowledge and skills in several trades and crafts Career-Seasonal appointments are permanent positions and include the same benefits as Career appointments, but do not provide work on a year-round basis. You will work from approximately late-September through early-September, and you will be in a non-pay status for the remainder of the year.

The primary function of this positions is the oversight and maintenance all park HVAC systems to ensure property operation.

To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors: SCREENOUT: Ability to do the work of a Maintenance Mechanic, WG-4749-10 without more than normal supervision. Experience that demonstrates the ability to perform most of the work as a Maintenance Mechanic at the journeyman level. At this level, I have performed the work with a high level of independence. I have performed at this level in two of the following trades: Masonry, Electrical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning Equipment Mechanic, Utilities Systems Repair-Operator and Engineering Equipment Operator.
