You will serve as a Program Support Specialist in the of UNIF SRVS UNI OF THE HLTH SCI.
Duties
You will provide administrative support in areas of faculty and student development, educational program administration, academic activities, budget, and/or logistics.
You will provide general information and assistance to administrators, faculty, staff, candidates, and officials within and external to the organization on the school’s and USU academic policies, procedures, and requirements.
You will inform students on educational program requirements which represents a wide range of undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral program activities and academic specialties.
You will collect, interpret, correlate, and analyze information, such as statistical reports or other data sources.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing educational data or reports to provide recommendations and improve administrative processes within an educational program; 2) Gathering and organizing data utilizing automated systems; 3) Informing students of program requirements, policy and procedures for educational programs; and 4) Assisting in arranging seminars, meeting, speakers, etc.

Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of 1 full year of graduate level education
OR
Successful completion of a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement
OR
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
