Duties

You will apply knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC) and how to operate projects/programs within the IC constraints. You will be skilled in various system development methodologies and frameworks including but not limited to: Waterfall, Kanban, Agile/Scrum. You will assess the feasibility of adopting new software design technologies within a secured environment. You will be skilled in cybersecurity principles, threats, and vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading software development teams for Intelligence Community Programs; AND coordinate with customers in requirements elicitation and development of software solutions. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. 1. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Apply systems analysis concepts and techniques in order to determine best approaches for implementation within the technical environment. 2. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency must include: Collaborate with external agencies, industry and academia experts on best software development practices, current trends, and emerging technologies. 4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency must include: Evaluate and recommend adoption of new or enhanced approaches to delivering IT services.
