Qualifications

What are we looking for?Ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform heavy cleaning safely.Ability to use power cleaning equipment and perform minor maintenance on equipment.Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills.Knowledge of how to properly use a variety of household and industrial cleaning agents, and industrial cleaning equipment.Must be able to recognize chemical cleaning compounds and solutions that may constitute hazardous materials and waste disposal.Exerts moderately heavy physical effort in controlling heavy equipment, carrying, setting, and working on ladders and scaffolds.Must be able to obtain and maintain TIER-1 Child Care (CNACI) background checks which are required for positions that involve working with children under 18 years of age.
