Serves as the Building Services Lead in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Northwest Mountain Region.

Duties

This position serves as a Building Services Lead in the Federal Aviation Administration Southern Region, Office of Policy, International Affairs & Environment (APL) , National Engagement and Regional Administration (ARA). The position reports to the Executive Operations Manager and leads a comprehensive facilities program and related customer support activities that provides service to occupants of buildings owned or leased by the FAA, the Department of Transportation or other Federal entities.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
• Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
• Interviews may be conducted.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position at the FV-I level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H or FG/GS-12. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience in applying Federal laws, regulations, policies and best practices as they pertain to facility and building management.To qualify for this position at the FV-J level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-I or FG/GS-13. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience in leading teams, managing building operations, facilities management, and leading the planning, programming, policies and processes associated with building operations and maintenance.Please ensure you answer all questions and follow all instructions carefully.
