You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the LOGISTICS AND FLEET SUPPORT DEPARTMENT, 4.0 of NAVAL INFORMATION WARFARE SYSTEMS COMMAND.

Duties
You will serve as Operations Officer and will report to the NAVWAR 4.0 Deputy Director and be responsible for the business operations of the assigned organization in support of all management and program effectiveness matters of the mission.
You will support the Logistics Program Director across various Enterprise initiatives and efforts to include development, revision, publication, guidance, Wartime Acquisition Response Plan, and Supply Chain Risk Mitigation for the 4.0 community.
You will perform special projects directly and indirectly related to the above duties.
You will be innovative in developing procedures for specific tasks assigned. Assignments may require in-depth analysis and investigation to promptly detect problem situations.
You will participate in program reviews to better understand program requirements and recommend alignment with end strength requirements.
You will understand program requirements to help defend end strength during budget reviews and POM build. You will provide analysis of and inputs to POM submissions.
You will analyze and evaluate substantive program operations, organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity, and monitors all administrative and technical activities.
You will establish and sustain processes to manage the development of the Directorate's workforce. Incumbent will assist the
Director/Deputy Director and/or Chief of Staff in organizational, personnel resourcing, and budget matters.
You will function as the central operations person and performs a wide variety of administrative management activities.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzes and evaluates program operations, organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity, and monitors all administrative and technical activities in support of the assigned competency; identify, develop, deliver and sustain mission capabilities and services.
