This position is with Office of Naval Intelligence, Nimitz Warfare Analysis Center, Naval Warfare Department (NWD) in Suitland MD. The incumbent will serve as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst within the SPECTRUM Division, providing Electronic Warfare (EW) analysis, evaluation, interpretation and dissemination of information and products relative to naval adversaries' Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) in the INDOPACOM Region.
Duties
You will effectively apply extensive knowledge of Electronic Warfare (EW) combined with advanced research methodologies and analytic techniques and/or collection management systems to complex work assignments.
You will expertly evaluate and integrate all-source intelligence information to produce and contribute to tailored intelligence products in response to customer requirements and assigned organizational intelligence priorities.
You will present and defend activity analytic positions and/or issues in your assigned area(s) of expertise.
You will possess broad-based, expert knowledge of Electronic Warfare (EW), the regional customer base, requirements, and make effective/innovative use of product line and other vehicles to satisfy requirements.
You will utilize knowledge of intelligence collection, collation, research, and production in your respective analytic role.
You will communicate effectively; to include the capability to convey complex operational, technical, and/or political-military concepts through the development and employment of multimedia presentations.
Requirements

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.

- This position may require a 2-year DCIPS trial period.
- This position requires periodic polygraph examination.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- The employee may be required to work overtime, including nights and weekends, and shift work as real-world events or Navy activities (to include operations and exercises) require.
- Incumbent may be required to serve as a member of a Crisis Response Team (CRT.)
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analytic and/or operational expertise in Electronic Warfare (EW); 2) Applying extensive knowledge of research methodologies and analytic techniques to evaluate, interpret and integrate all-source intelligence information; 3) Developing and employing multimedia presentations to convey complex operational, tactical, and political-military concepts to senior audiences; 4) Liaising with members of the Intelligence Community, laboratories, services, and allied foreign governments to discuss intelligence production requirements, analytic efforts, and sharing of information; and, 5) Mentoring of junior analysts in the research, tools, and production of Finished Intelligence Products (FINTEL) that adhere to Intelligence Community Analytic Tradecraft Standards.
