You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst at the Marine Cryptologic Support Battalion (MCSB) performing duties related to Manpower and Administration, Operations and Training. This position is located in Honolulu, HI in the HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will provide guidance to the Commanding Officer and staff regarding training and professional development programs to include Professional Military Education (PME).
You will manage the planning, projection and coordination of training requirements and resources.
You will develop Long-Range Training Plans (LRTP), validate training nominations and coordinate approved training.
You will prepare daily, weekly and short-suspense status reports for staff elements and higher headquarters.
You will act as a liaison between action officers at multiple command levels, ensuring actions are completed as scheduled.
You will conduct research and analysis, report findings, make recommendations and conclusions, and resolve problems.
Requirements

- This position may require a 2-year DCIPS trial period requirement.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Analyzing manpower data and guiding and briefing management and staff to identify current and future manning deficiencies, billet assignments, and other emergent manpower staffing issues in accordance with organizational standards; 2) Compiling and analyzing data to identify training needs, deficiencies, and projected training requirements and resources for the organization; 3) Evaluating training effectiveness, proposing and developing creative approaches to increase productivity, and recommending training program changes to improve mission accomplishments and professional development; 4) Planning and coordinating in company operations management activities and projects to resolve problems.
