You will serve as a FACILITIES OPS/SVCS MANAGER in the MARINE CORPS INSTALLATIONS COMMAND of MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION.
Duties
You will perform both the duties of the Marine Corps Facilities Operations/Services Program Manager and the Primary USMC Installation Support analyst with oversight of the Base Operating Support.
You will be required to coordinate and gather material necessary to support responses to Congressional mandates and inquires, making independent judgements and recommendations for issues to problematic initiatives.
You will support installation services budget development and execution.
You will utilize existing USMC financial management systems to develop metrics for use in execution management.
You will formulate performance standards for a broad spectrum of services across a military installation.
You will apply the latest management and industrial concepts to integrate multi-faceted financial budgeting development and execution process.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: implementation and execution of installation services and facility operations, construction and operations maintenance projects, and performing critical program reviews and analyses across a broad spectrum of facilities operations.
