This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, in Technology and Strategic Planning (NST), Supply Chain Services (NS), Chief Administrative Office (N).
A successful candidate in the Supply Systems Analyst position will serve as a technical authority responsible for performing administrative work concerned with analyzing, developing, evaluating, and promoting improvements in the policies, plans, methods, procedures, systems, or techniques of the supply chain program.
Duties
As a Supply Systems Analyst, you will:
Perform a full range of project management functions for assigned projects, studies and analyses.
Charter teams and negotiate team membership with affected performance managers.
Analyze and recommend methods for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and procedures through process modification and application of evolving technology.
Develops and implements performance metrics, plans and processes, including those related to established business targets and objectives.
Negotiates service level agreements with clients, establishes client service measurements, monitors client satisfaction, and effectively balances business considerations, process improvements, and improved client satisfaction goals.
Ensure standardized operating procedures and processes are used and maintained.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, GS-12, in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects to improve program operations; 2) coordinating with other business organizations to identify and resolve complex supply program issues; and 3) analyzing and recommending updates to enhance program efficiency and efficacy.
"Experience" refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
