MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: For this particular job, applicants must meet all competencies reflected under the Mandatory Qualification Criteria to include education (if required). Experience executing inspection and evaluative techniques which include conducting research, analysis, and synthesizing data.2. Experience developing and effectively presenting briefings to audiences of varying technical understanding. 3. Experience with OIG operations and evaluation processes & procedures. 4. Experience monitoring and assessing the progress of Agency/Organization corrective actions taken in response to OIG recommendations. 5. Experience applying the quality standards of the Council of Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE).EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Business Administration, Psychology, Public Administration, Sociology, or a related field. -OR- B. Combination of Education and Experience: A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of coursework in any area listed in option A, plus experience in conducting applied research and analysis, documenting findings and conclusions, performing inspections, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. As a rule, every 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of coursework is equivalent to one year of experience. Candidates should show that their combination of education and experience totals to 4 years. -OR- C. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in conducting applied research and analysis, documenting findings and conclusions, or performing inspections, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work.DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired: 1. Demonstrated understanding of and/or experience with U.S. intelligence missions, operations derived from experience as an Imagery Analyst, Geospatial-Intelligence Analyst, All Sources Analyst, Targeting Analyst, or Intelligence Analyst.2. Demonstrated understanding of and/or experience with intelligence source operations, missions, processes, and operations derived from experience working in collection management, requirements and integration source strategies, or throughput strategies.3. Knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC), the Department of Defense, and NGA.
