You will serve as a PROGRAM ASSISTANT in the Fleet Services Branch of NETPDC.
Duties
You will serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) advisor to senior customer command leadership and support personnel, and to Fleet Sailors for interpretation and application of Navy advancement procedures and NEAS inquiries.
You will cite and explain applicable directives, policy and procedures regarding examination ordering and correction of exam discrepancies, including documentary requirements.
You will respond to telephone, email, and fax inquiries on Navy-wide advancement exam ordering and correction of exam discrepancies.
You will prepare, proofread, file, interpret, collect, photocopy, and distribute incoming and outgoing exam-related materials, including naval messages, official letters, and email.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Administering a web-based data management program; 2) Researching, correcting and maintaining system records; 3) Responding to email and call-center inquiries; and 4) Utilizing computer software programs to prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, forms, and reports.
