Duties
You will maintain and obtain supplies for the organization, prepare and submit required documents to obtain needed items, and maintain contacts with local and regional staff and suppliers to obtain needed items.
You will prepare correspondence, forms, reports, requisitions, or statistical data to include attaching required supplemental material.
You will review requisitions, supporting documents, and reference material to determine the priority supply action required.
You will determine the status of supply actions, changes in requirements and unexpected requirements, and the need to expedite delivery for urgently required items.
You will maintain accurate accounting databases and reporting systems.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Ordering office supplies; 2) Composing correspondence and reports using word processing software; 3) Utilizing correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and capitalization to complete documents; and 4) Receiving visitors and/or screening phone calls to determine the nature of requests and directing callers to appropriate office or person.
