This position is located on located in the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Cybersecurity and Privacy Operations Center (CPOC).

Duties
Analyzing and developing the integration, testing, operations, and maintenance of systems security.
Designing, developing, testing, and evaluating information systems throughout the systems development life cycle.
Managing IT projects and setting up and maintaining a system or specific components of a system (e.g. for example, configuring, and updating hardware and software; establishing and managing user accounts, etc.).
Requirements

Qualifications
Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement including specialized experience, as defined below.
For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.

Specialized Experience: Qualifying experience for GS-12 includes one year of specialized experience comparable to GS-11 which is directly related to the work of this position, and which has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. For this position, specialized experience is experience:
Possessing identity and access management automation skills for high-volume system processing via solutions such as IBM mainframe, Oracle PeopleSoft, AIX/Linux, SQL, etc.
Performing product management and development of enterprise identity, credential and access management shared services for authentication &access management, identity lifecycle management & governance, credential management and elevated privileges.
Managing the operations and maintenance of enterprise identity, credential, and access management shared services.

Education
